In an industry where cutting corners has become the norm, Deveer and Co Ghana Ltd was born out of frustration — and a refusal to accept “that’s how it’s always been done.”

Founded in 2019, Deveer and Co. wasn’t created to simply exist within Ghana’s construction sector. It was built to challenge it and fix what’s broken.

Too many clients have watched their projects spiral — budgets overshot, timelines stretched, quality compromised. At the root of it? A lack of reliable oversight. A culture of shortcuts. And a glaring absence of accountability.

We started Deveer and Co. to be the exception.

We offer consultancy services in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Contract Administration, and Rental Accommodation — but what we really provide is peace of mind.
